How many spaces and gaming possibilities has the house?
The house has 2 floors, in total 4 rooms and bathroom:
First floor:
- 1 bed/playroom with king-size double bondage bed
- 1 bed/playroom with 1 single bed, bird cage and steel cubicle
- Bathroom with shower
Ground floor:
- Living room with St.-Andrews Cross, Shibari-Ring, cage, slave-chair, (sleep)-sofa and a small selection of SM Toys (whips, chains, brackets, ropes)
- Kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, dining table
- Garden with sun sail, 2 sun loungers and barbecue space.
How far is the next supermarket and restaurant
There are several Restaurants near.
A small but well-stocked supermarket is about 350 meters away.
Are there cohabitantes in the house?
No.

Yes, WiFi is available for free!
Can i play music from my mobile? How about the TV?
We have high-end multi-room Sonos audio system installed, which comes with Spotify Premium. You can also play music by Bluetooth on a portable speaker.
The TV shows local TV stations and has a Google Chromecast installed, so you can stream everything from your mobile phone like Netflix or YouTube. We also have an assorted collection of BDSM Movies and Shibari Tutorials available.
Is smoking allowed?
Yes.
Is ist possible to stay outside without clothing and/or play outside?
While the garden is very private, it is still partially visible. Playing in the garden is therefore not yet possible. Nudity in the garden is not a problem.
Are pets allowed?
Yes.
How far is the house from the airport?
Driving time from Palma airport is about 40 minutes.
